Returning Your Items
We get it; sometimes love at first sight turns into "Hmm, maybe not." No worries! You have a generous 14 days from the day your package landed at your doorstep to decide if you're head over heels or not-so-much.
Are You Eligible for a Return?
To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Taking Care of Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. For your convenience, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
- Log in to your Serenities.com account.
- Head over to the "My Orders" section.
- Choose the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the easy prompts to initiate the return process.
- After initiating the return, print the provided return label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your local post office.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Need an Exchange?
Want to swap out your item for something else? No problem! Just start a return for the item you'd like to exchange and go ahead and place a new order for the item you want.
Received a Damaged or Defective Item?
If your order arrived damaged or defective, please reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item. We'll quickly arrange for a replacement or refund.
